Personal development

Find your Focus

To enable people to clarify their life goals, values and priorities. Titus has run this more than 30 times for students, community groups, mature adults and people recovering from mental health issues. It can be run in a variety of formats, from a short one-off, over several days in 2-3 hour sessions, or a deeper programme of: 

  • A two to three-hour taster, to recruit participants
  • One- or two-day workshops
  • Half-day follow up session to review progress and anchor learning
  • Optional mutual support group follow-up sessions.

Building self-esteem

Half-day workshop or four 2-to-3-hour sessions to develop personal well-being and self-worth, run at the Skyros Holistic holidays in Greece and in the UK many times.

Increase your Impact

Effective time- and self-management, originally designed and run for trade union organisers but useful for anyone. Particularly suitable for people working in a team or organisation.

Supporting Parents Starting School

Two-day trainer of trainers programme for facilitators running workshops for parents, now rolled out to all schools in England;

Effective citizenship and campaigning

Leading Change

12 – 18-month apprenticeship in campaigning, leadership and management, accredited by ilm and funded by the Apprenticeship Levy in the UK, run with Happy Ltd at L3 or L5, tailor-made for your organisation & issues.

Vets as advocates for animal welfare

Half- to one day course for vet educators, students, created for World Animal Protection and run at the Universities of Edinburgh, Bristol, and veterinary teachers from East Asia at a conference in Taiwan.

Global issues

Uniting Humanity: Learning advocacy in global citizenship

One-year part-time trainer of trainers’ course in advocacy for global citizenship, in three modules (Facilitating Learning, Global Issues, and Advocacy).

Could be run over three weeks.  11 units, for 7.5 ETS Advanced Post Graduate Diploma with the Universities of Burgas (Bulgaria), Gavle (Sweden), Kingston (UK) and a partnership of European NGOs

Units on global issues for trainer of trainers’ post-graduate certificate developed for the Institute of Education, University of London.
